Smartphone application

In addition to the usual stock control functions, the application also enables temporary sales to be made directly from the smartphone.

You can enter items on the shelves and then transfer this product list directly to the cash register.

1. Temporary sales

When accompanying a customer, you can scan the items they select as they go along.

The total amount is automatically displayed on the screen, eliminating the need to calculate the order total}.

Once back at the cash desk, simply transfer the entry to a pending ticket.

2. Customer order entry

For example, for an order placed by telephone, you can define a purchase budget according to the customer's specifications.

The remaining balance is then displayed as the items are entered.

3. Control operations in the store

With the "comment" function, you can enter a text for each product entry, such as "Check sell-by date".

You can enter text on the screen, or use predefined texts with buttons.

When the pending ticket is transferred to the till, simply apply the indications contained in the articles.

Practical example:

Checking sales prices

By scanning items via the smartphone, a notification updates the prices of the products concerned.

By pressing the appropriate button, the text is added to the item line and appears on the ticket waiting at the checkout or on a back-office workstation. The ticket can then be printed, or you can simply select the commented items.

Use the pending ticket

Print out the pending ticket and pass it on to the relevant person to make any necessary changes.

We've also improved the article search function.

By using the % symbol during a search, you can display items containing the text you're looking for.

This update is included in your Premium contract.

To perform it, simply go to Functions and Settings, then select CHECK MAJ. To be able to use the predefined text buttons, you'll also need to update your POS software to version 3.1.1.31, also included in your contract.
